		<description>Walmart is often a proxy for low cost imports (from China and other countries) and in that sense it does put pressure on local businesses. This is the same argument thrown around about outsourcing being bad for the local services industry. 
Clearly, globalization has enormous benefits not only for US corporations but also leads to macroeconomic effects like low inflation which benefits the US consumer.</description>
