Oh I forgot to mention one more thing above….most of the Legal, educated immigrants have good jobs and they speak good English where as Illegals are so stubborn they won’t even give it a try!!

I am a legal immigrant in EB3 cateogry (inspite of having MS degree) who applied for green card ( labor) just last year. I totally feel the pain in this post and think about this EVERY SINGLE DAY of my life. I say the exact same words – life for illegal immigrants in US is getting better than the legal immigrants. They don’t pay taxes, work 2-3 jobs, get the health care for free and their children are aslo US citizens. We pay taxes, follow every single rule and are always afraid of the USCIS policies inspite of doing everything LEGAL and still are not qualified for the stimulus money. Living through these years of getting a green card is living in a hell. You never know what problem you will face next. There is so much documentation and formalities. You can’t swtich jobs.Whenever you go for the stamping, you are treated as if you are a terrorist. The great American Dream my a$$….more like a nightmare!!
